Thank you LIFT for my new body! No one ever had the knowledge, expertise, or patience to help me achieve my goals. Here I am, 5 years later and I’m keeping off the weight! Losing over 150 lbs was a shock, but my trainer believed in me and helped me set goals along our journey. Each step was slow but progressive, helping me tackle obstacles along the way.
