Team Class Descriptions:
LIFT Team Burn:
If endless treadmill running doesn’t excite you or traditional group classes don’t give you the results you are looking for, LIFT Team Burn is made for you. Team Burn is a fun and effective way to ramp up your cardio workouts! This is no ordinary ‘group class’. Our coaches are there to actually supervise your workout, not to take the class alongside you and ignore your technique. We cap our classes at 12 people to maintain that personalized attention.
We utilize time intervals proven to be effective for burning fat and increasing overall fitness. All of our exercises are functional, and can be varied from ‘reduction to ridiculous’, meaning Team Burn will provide a challenging and safe workout for ANY fitness level.
LIFT Team Strength:
Need an extra strength boost to your workout routine? This class provides a total body strength workout for any fitness level. Everyone moves at their own pace, and competes with themselves – or a friend if they choose. This is perfect for our Team Training and Performance members to boost their strength and metabolism, and for our Results members to inject more training variety into their schedule!
LIFT Team Strength is designed to increase strength and endurance while skyrocketing metabolism, all in a group class setting. Think this sounds like a “big box” gym class? Think again. We cap this class at 9 participants to ensure your perfect technique on every exercise!
LIFT Body Tune Up:
Continuing to exercise and expect great performance while your body is full of knots and kinks is like trying to drive a sports car with the emergency brake on! You are wasting a TON of energy, while also setting yourself up for potential injury.
LIFT Body Tune Up is a 30 minute mobility and movement class designed to help give your body the ‘tune up’ it deserves. We use a blend of stretching, muscle release and movement to alleviate tightness and soreness while also improving mobility, movement quality and overall function. All Tune Up classes are capped at 8 people for maximum individualized attention.
Semi-Private/Package Descriptions:
LIFT Copilot – Annual rate @$99/month
Copilot is designed for the highly motivated, ‘do-it-yourself’ crowd! First, you will sit down with our programming specialist to discuss past injuries, health issues, and fitness goals. Then a Functional Movement Screen will identify any imbalances that need to be addressed. We use this information to create an individualized program for you to perform at your own gym. Programs are updated every 4 weeks, and you will meet with the programming specialist once per month to ensure you understand every exercise.
LIFT Team – Annual Rate @ $149/month
Unlimited access to our high-energy Team Burn and Team Strength as well as restorative Body Tune Up classes! This option is best for those who have few limitations or injuries and are looking to seriously increase their cardio and strength.
It includes:
- LIFT Strategy Session – to assess goals and program match
- Quarterly Results Roadmap Session– check for muscular imbalances and lay out a ‘roadmap’ for continued success
- UNLIMITED Team Burn
- UNLIMITED Team Strength
- UNLIMITED Body Tune Up
LIFT Performance – Annual Rate @ $249/month
Our Performance plan is perfect for those who want to build lean muscle while also peaking their cardio and fat burning abilities!

Jump Start Add-On:
Need a little extra motivation and accountability? The Jump Start Add-On Program is the perfect solution! A great option if you’re just getting started or for current members that need a little kick in the pants! Taking advantage of this program is easy. You will receive unlimited semi-private personal training for as many months as you choose at our current rates ($359 for annual members and $429 for monthly members.) You can choose this add-on to your membership as often as you’d like!
